Roosta is a family-friendly hosting service. We strictly prohibit the upload of:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
• Excessive violence or gore.
• Hate speech or content that promotes discrimination.
• Content that depicts or promotes illegal acts.

Our automated systems scan every upload. If NSFW content is detected, it may be hidden behind a safety filter or deleted immediately.

2. Copyrighted Material & Piracy

We take intellectual property rights seriously. You may not upload content that you do not own or have the explicit right to share. This includes:

• Pirated movies and television shows.
• Commercial music tracks and albums.
• Cracked software or "warez".
• Any material that violates DMCA regulations.

Our "RoostaScan" algorithm automatically blocks known pirated fingerprints. Repeat offenders will be permanently banned.

3. Service Limitations

• File Size: Maximum of 10GB per file.
• Storage: Files are stored as long as they are active. We reserve the right to remove inactive files.
• Bandwidth: Direct linking is allowed for personal use, but excessive automated "leeching" is prohibited.

4. Privacy and Safety

Your privacy is important. We do not provide public galleries of user uploads. Only people with your specific direct link can view your files. However, our administrators and automated systems review content to ensure compliance with these rules.
